Happy Snowvalanche Part IV…

Practice, Practice, Practice...
Jimmy here announcing some new stuff for the new website! I have a brand new downloadable lesson on how to improvise that’s available now. It works just like a CD except that you download the lesson in MP3 format and play it on your computer or IPOD or burn it onto a CD and pop in into your car and take me to work with you. It also comes with TABs in TableEdit format.
Also available on CD for the 1st time is a re-issue of a 6 hour course I did for Ridge Runner Records in the early 80’s. It features 6 hour long CD’s and tab book. There is a CD devoted to each of the major players up to that point. One CD on Brother Oswald, one on Josh Graves, one Mike Auldridge, and one on a young Jerry Douglas. The other CD’s are devoted to fiddle tunes and some simple arrangements of popular songs. I’ve had lots of compliments on this over the years so I’m glad that it’s available again.
There’s going to be more audio lesson downloads as well as video downloads in the days and weeks to come. I’ll be doing video downloads on single song breaks and arrangements and short topics (like the biggest beginner mistakes and how to fix them).
So check out the new improvisation lesson
and start turning heads at the next jam session!
Happy New Year!! ~ Jimmy
